My weight loss journey began when I got on the scale for a doctor's checkup, and could not believe how much I weighed! I began on my own cutting my food intake. Then, several months later, I was lucky to find Curves where I met Rosemary (Marc's mom). I soon started personal training with Marc while working out at Curves and Zumba. Marc is such a warm, caring, and friendly person to work out with. Marc taught me to never give up, and with hard work I did it! I lost 40 pounds!



When I first went to Marc, he asked me my goal. Since my youngest daughter had brought me to him, I said I wanted to look like her. Not realistic since she is 30 years younger. However, I tried and really wasn't losing what I want. Marc kept telling me to eat "right". Finally, I saw the results when a co-worker lost on Weight Watchers and I decided to try. What a surprise that Marc was right all along that eating right with the exercise would work. Now I am addicted to both especially training with Marc



Before working with Marc, my back was always painful because of scoliosis and osteoporosis. After my grandchild was born, I was in pain all the time because I was picking up an 8 pound baby. I knew it was time to work on the back. Marc has shown me how to keep my back strong and healthy.



I started with Marc when I wanted to lose weight. I loved the workouts but never got my diet together. I ended up moving out of town and joined a gym in my new town. When I got engaged I got a trainer at my new gym but the workouts were just not the same as with Marc. So I traveled all the way to Marc a couple times a week and followed a diet and home workout plan with his help. I lost 20 lbs in two months in time for my wedding!
